ut2004 cant adjust brightness contast gamma levels

I dont know if it is a driver issue or a vista issue. If I try to adjust the settings in the game, there is no change. If I try to set the settings through ATI Control Centre and then go into UT2K4, there is no change.
Any Ideas?
